Most people are tired because they sleep wrong, not because they sleep too little.

The two hours before bed shape the eight that follow. The Night Kit gives those hours a structure — so better sleep becomes something you do, not something you hope for.

How the ritual works

Five small actions across the two hours before bed, run in order. Glasses on about an hour out, a few lines in the journal at thirty minutes, nasal strip then mouth tape at ten, earplugs at lights out.

Each step hands off to the next — and on nights you only want two of them, two is enough.

You're not left to work it out alone. The 30-Day Better Sleep Plan walks you through this exact sequence night by night — not general sleep advice, but what to do tonight with what's in the box.

Is this for me?

Built for adults whose nights are improvised — late screens, a nose that won't clear, a partner who snores, thin hotel walls, allergy weeks. You don't need a diagnosis to sleep better.

It isn't a medical device, and it isn't the answer for diagnosed sleep apnea — talk to your doctor about that.

  • Breathe through your nose all night. Strip opens the airway · tape keeps it there

WHY THIS EXISTS

Most nights aren't broken. They're improvised.

A bright lamp at 10pm. A late coffee that lingers. Lying down with the day still open. Modern evenings are a stack of small mistakes that compound into the morning. The Night Kit replaces the improvisation with a sequence — same one, every night.

WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGES

Wake up like you actually slept.

Four things to look for as the ritual settles in.

  • You fall asleep instead of waiting for it.

    THE EVENING

You fall asleep instead of waiting for it.

The day is closed before you're in bed — not an hour after lights out with tomorrow still running laps. Blue-light blocking glasses stop the signal that says it's still midday; five minutes on paper closes the loop your head keeps reopening.

  • You breathe through your nose, all night.

    THE NIGHT

You breathe through your nose, all night.

Once you're asleep the jaw drops and the mouth takes over — that's the dry throat, the lighter sleep, and the noise your partner hears. The strip opens the airway, the tape keeps the breath on it, and the earplugs keep the room out of it.

  • You wake up rested, not just awake.

    THE MORNING

You wake up rested, not just awake.

No dry mouth. No sore throat. No fog you can't explain. This is the part nobody markets and the first part you actually feel — the morning is where a good night shows up.

  • By night 30, you stop thinking about it.

    THE HABIT

By night 30, you stop thinking about it.

That's the point. The 30-Day Plan walks you through the same sequence night after night until you stop deciding and just do it. It's built to make itself unnecessary.

WHAT'S IN THE BOX

Five tools. One sequence.

  • NASAL STRIPS

    NASAL STRIPS

Open the nasal passage from the outside, all night.

So you wake up without the dry mouth, the sore throat, or the headache you can't explain.

    30 nights

  • MOUTH TAPE

    MOUTH TAPE

Keep nasal breathing — even when you're asleep.

So the night stays quiet — for you, and for whoever sleeps next to you.

    30 nights

  • NOISE-REDUCTION EARPLUGS

    NOISE-REDUCTION EARPLUGS

Soften ambient noise. Keep the alarm in.

So the street, the snoring, and the neighbour upstairs stop deciding when you wake up.

    Reusable · 4 silicone tips

  • BLUE-LIGHT BLOCKING GLASSES

    BLUE-LIGHT BLOCKING GLASSES

Block the wavelength that keeps you wired at 10pm.

So your body starts winding down while you're still on the sofa — not an hour after lights out.

TOOL BY TOOL

OPEN THE AIRWAY. KEEP IT OPEN. ALL NIGHT.

01 · NASAL STRIPS

OPEN THE AIRWAY. KEEP IT OPEN. ALL NIGHT.

So you wake up without the dry mouth, the sore throat, or the headache you can't explain.

The nasal passage filters, warms and humidifies every breath — which is why the nose is the route your body defaults to when everything is working. A multi-layer flex bar lifts the passage open from the outside, so nasal breathing takes less effort once you're asleep. No decongestant, no rebound — the mechanism is mechanical, not pharmacological.

WORKS ALONE · WORKS WITH → the mouth tape, for nights you want the breath to stay where the strip put it.

Non-woven · breathable · hypoallergenic · holds 8 hours · peels clean · works for sleep, cardio, and altitude

Ideal if you snore · breathe through your mouth · fight allergy nights · train hard

KEEP THE BREATH THROUGH THE NOSE — EVEN ASLEEP.

02 · MOUTH TAPE

KEEP THE BREATH THROUGH THE NOSE — EVEN ASLEEP.

So the night stays quiet — for you, and for whoever sleeps next to you.

Once you're unconscious, your jaw drops and the body defaults to mouth breathing. The result is lighter sleep and a dry mouth at 3 a.m. A thin breathable strip across the lips gently encourages the mouth to stay closed, so the path your nasal strip just opened is the one your body actually uses.

DESIGNED TO PAIR

→ The nasal strip. The strip stands on its own — plenty of nights are strip-only. The tape is the upgrade for when you want certainty: strip first, tape second, so the airway the strip opened is the one your body keeps using.

Hypoallergenic adhesive · gentle hold · single-use · 30 per pack · sealed individually

Ideal if you breathe through your mouth · wake up with a dry mouth · sleep beside a snorer

SOFTEN THE NOISE. KEEP THE ALARM.

03 · NOISE-REDUCTION EARPLUGS

SOFTEN THE NOISE. KEEP THE ALARM.

So the street, the snoring, and the neighbour upstairs stop deciding when you wake up.

Sound you sleep through still fragments deep sleep — traffic, a neighbour's TV, a partner shifting in bed. A dual-core silicone design is built to lower ambient noise while still letting an alarm through. A correct fit feels like quiet, not like plugged ears.

WORKS ALONE · in the ritual, it's the last step — quiet guards whatever the evening built.

Four silicone tip sizes (S/M/L/XL) · reusable · charging-free carry case · built for sleep, focus, and travel

Ideal if you sleep light · live somewhere loud · travel often · need to focus

BLOCK THE WAVELENGTH THAT KEEPS YOU WIRED AT 10PM.

04 · BLUE-LIGHT BLOCKING GLASSES

BLOCK THE WAVELENGTH THAT KEEPS YOU WIRED AT 10PM.

So your body starts winding down while you're still on the sofa — not an hour after lights out.

Evening blue light — phones, laptops, overhead LEDs — sits in the 380–500nm range. That's the band your brain reads as midday, and the one your sleep signal waits behind. The red lens blocks roughly 99.6% of it (Tsb 0.40%) while leaving warm light to read, cook or work by. You don't have to give up the screen. You just stop paying for it at 2am.

WORKS ALONE · WORKS WITH → the journal. The glasses quiet the light; the page quiets the mind.

Tsb 0.40% · category 4 lens · lightweight frame · final-hour wear before lights out

Not suitable for driving or operating vehicles, especially in low light or at night.

Ideal if you work late on screens · read in bed · keep the lights bright past sunset

EMPTY THE DAY BEFORE YOU END IT.

05 · NIGHT JOURNAL

EMPTY THE DAY BEFORE YOU END IT.

So you stop lying there running through tomorrow.

A racing mind is the most common reason people can't fall asleep — and the least technological. Your brain treats unwritten things as unfinished things, and re-raises them at 1 a.m. The journal closes the loop: a dated page for the day you're closing, five minutes of writing, and the mind has somewhere else to go. The prompts come from the 30-Day Plan — the journal is where they land.

WORKS WITH → the 30-Day Plan. The Plan asks the questions. The journal holds the answers.

Grey leather-feel cover · A5 · 100 pages · lined · date field on every page

Ideal if you lie awake planning tomorrow · can't switch the mind off · carry the day to bed

WHY IT WORKS

The ritual isn't a preference. Each piece is there for a reason.

  • 01 · BREATHING

Your airway is measurably more open when you breathe through your nose. Sleep-lab measurement found upper airway resistance is significantly lower during nasal breathing than mouth breathing — which is why the nose is the route your body defaults to when everything is working.

  • 02 · KEEPING IT THERE

Once you're asleep, jaw tone drops and the mouth falls open. In a preliminary polysomnography study of mouth-breathers, taping the mouth reduced snoring index by roughly half.

  • 03 · LIGHT

Blue wavelengths around 460–480nm are the strongest signal your brain uses to decide whether it's still daytime. In a randomized trial, people who wore blue-blocking lenses for two hours before bed slept around 30 minutes longer than with clear lenses.

  • 04 · THE PAGE

Bedtime worry about unfinished tasks is one of the most common reasons people lie awake. In a lab study, participants who spent five minutes writing a specific to-do list before bed fell asleep faster than those who wrote about what they'd already done.

THE RITUAL

The two hours before bed.

Five small actions, maybe four minutes of effort total. Run the sequence in order — each step hands off to the next, and the rest of the night follows.

  1. ~60 MIN OUT

    ~60 MIN OUT

Glasses on. Lights warm. Screens stay on if you need them. The wavelength doesn't.

↓ hands off a body that's ready to wind down

  2. ~30 MIN OUT

    ~30 MIN OUT

A few lines in the journal. What's circling. What tomorrow needs. One good thing.

↓ hands off a mind that's finished for the day

  3. ~10 MIN OUT

    ~10 MIN OUT

Nasal strip, then mouth tape. Strip first opens the path. Tape second keeps the breath on it.

↓ hands off a night that will hold — if nothing breaks it

  4. LIGHTS OUT

    LIGHTS OUT

Earplugs in. The room gets quieter than it actually is.

INCLUDED WITH EVERY KIT

The Plan that turns the tools into a habit.

The 30-Day Better Sleep Plan is the part of the Kit you can't see in the photos — a real, structured program, not a pamphlet. Forty-two pages that take you from your first night to a routine that runs itself: the reason behind each tool, a guided wind-down for every evening, and one small principle a day. Because it's built around the box, every page tells you exactly what to do that night — most people keep running it long after the first month.

  • PHASE 1 · RITUAL Lock the sequence in. The two-hour wind-down becomes automatic.
  • PHASE 2 · BODY Breath, light, and timing
  • PHASE 3 · MIND Quiet the racing thoughts. Journaling prompts that actually close the day.
  • PHASE 4 · SYSTEM Make it stick. By day 30, sleep is something you do, not hope for.

THE 30-DAY PLAN

Thirty nights, four phases.

  1. NIGHTS 1–7 · RITUAL

You notice it in the morning first. No dry mouth. No 3am wake-up you can't explain.

  2. NIGHTS 8–14 · BODY

Nose breathing stops being something you do. It's just how you sleep now.

  3. NIGHTS 15–21 · MIND

The evening has a shape. You're not deciding when to wind down — the sequence decides.

  4. NIGHTS 22–30 · SYSTEM

You stop thinking about the Kit. That's the point.

Built to feel the same on night thirty as night one.

MATERIALS & QUALITY

Built to feel the same on night thirty as night one.

Grey leather-feel for the journal cover, woven fabric for the strip and tape, dual-core silicone for the earplugs. The materials were chosen for how they feel after thirty nights, not just the first. Quality you stop noticing — because nothing about it asks for attention.

PAIRS WITH THE NIGHT KIT

The supplement side of the ritual, designed to fit.

The Night Kit builds the night around you — light, breath, quiet, paper. Sleep Stack works from within: a blackberry gummy with reishi for the wind-down, a raspberry strip with low-dose melatonin for lights out.* Take them together on demanding nights, apart on easier ones. Neither needs the other — together they cover the whole two hours, outside and in.

Frequently asked
01 · Does the Night Kit work for snoring?

Snoring often involves mouth breathing and a partially blocked nasal passage — the two things the strip and tape pair was built to address, used together. It's not a medical device, and it's not the right answer for diagnosed sleep apnea — speak with your GP for that. For everything else, the pairing is designed to work on the breathing side of the problem rather than just muffling the sound.

02 · Is this for me if I don't have a sleep problem?

Yes. The Kit was built for adults whose nights are improvised — travel, late screens, allergy weeks, partner snoring, the last hour of work bleeding into bedtime. You don't need a diagnosis to benefit from a better night. Most people use one or two of the tools nightly and the rest situationally.

03 · Can I wear the blue-light blocking glasses while driving?

No. The red lens reduces visibility significantly and is only for indoor evening use. Wear them in the hour before bed, take them off before you leave the house after dark. They aren't sunglasses, they aren't reading glasses, and they aren't safe behind the wheel.

04 · Why does the packaging look different from product photos?

Honest answer: during Phase 1, the individual products inside the Kit arrive in generic supplier packaging. Only the AXONRYTE mailer box — the holographic-foil exterior — is fully branded. Custom inner packaging is a Phase 2 upgrade. We chose to launch with transparent packaging rather than wait, and to tell you about it rather than stage the unboxing.

05 · Do you offer subscriptions?

Not in Phase 1. The Kit is a one-time purchase. We'll send a refill reminder by email around day 25 of the consumable cycle so you can re-order when it makes sense. Subscriptions launch in Phase 2.

06 · How long does delivery take?

Ships within 1–3 business days. USA delivery 7–12 business days. We don't currently ship outside the USA — international availability is on the Phase 2 list.

07 · What if it doesn't work for me?

We'll be straight with you: the Kit is a set of tools and a plan, not a medical device or an overnight fix, so we don't offer a change-of-mind refund. What we guarantee is condition — if anything arrives damaged or missing, send a photo to support@axonryte.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund it. Not sure it's right for you? Email us before you order — we'd rather help you decide.

08 · Are the mouth tape and nasal strips reusable?

No. Both are single-use, designed for 8-hour overnight wear. 30 strips and 30 tapes = roughly one month of nightly use.

09 · What about skin sensitivity?

The nasal strip uses a latex-free adhesive and the mouth tape is designed for gentle hold and peels clean. If your skin is generally reactive, patch-test before the first overnight wear: apply a small section to the inside of your wrist for 30 minutes and check for irritation before committing to a full night.

10 · What if I receive the Kit damaged?

Email a photo to support@axonryte.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund you for the affected item. No return required — you keep what arrived.

11 · Do I need the Sleep Stack to use the Kit?

No. The Kit is a complete purchase on its own — the Stack is a separate, optional add-on for nights when you want extra support. The ritual works without it.
