Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We're unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time. International shipping is not available.
Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Full Night Kit — shipping timeline
The Full Night Kit ships from our fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days of your order.
USA delivery: 8–12 business days under normal conditions.
During exceptional circumstances — including severe weather, natural disasters, hurricane seasons, carrier network disruptions, or customs processing delays — delivery may extend to up to 20 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is affected by such delays.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Sleep Stack — shipping timeline
Sleep Stack ships from our US fulfillment partner within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Split shipments
If you order both the Full Night Kit and Sleep Stack together, they ship from separate locations and arrive at different times:
- Sleep Stack arrives first: 3–5 business days
- Full Night Kit follows: 8–12 business days
You will receive two separate tracking numbers. This is by design — your supplements arrive first so you can begin your pre-ritual preparation while your Kit is in transit.
Order processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days at support@axonryte.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
Inventory restock periods
During rare inventory restock periods, Full Night Kit delivery may extend beyond the standard 8–12 business day window. If your order falls into a restock window, we will notify you by email immediately with an updated delivery estimate.
