Terms of Service

The plain-language version: what you can expect from us, and what we ask in return. The full terms follow.

1. Who we are

AXONRYTE is operated by Tomas Panagopulos (OSVČ), Na okrouhlíku 2370/9, 182 00 Prague, Czech Republic. By purchasing from axonryte.com, you agree to these Terms. Contact: support@axonryte.com

2. Products

We sell sleep ritual products including the Full Night Kit (physical bundle) and Sleep Stack (dietary supplements). Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability. Colors and packaging in photographs may vary slightly from the actual product due to display settings and Phase 1 supplier packaging (see FAQ).

3. Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Prices are inclusive of product cost. Shipping is free on all US orders. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

4. Orders and payment

Orders are processed through Shopify Payments (Stripe). By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, inventory issues) with a full refund.

5. Shipping and delivery

Full Night Kit: Ships within 1–3 business days from our fulfillment partner. USA delivery: 8–12 business days under normal conditions. During exceptional circumstances — including but not limited to severe weather events, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or customs delays — delivery may extend up to 20 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is affected.

Sleep Stack: Ships from our US fulfillment partner within 3–5 business days. If you order both products together, they ship separately. The Sleep Stack will arrive first.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control once the order has been dispatched.

6. Split shipments

If you order both the Full Night Kit and Sleep Stack, they ship from separate fulfillment locations and will arrive at different times. The Sleep Stack typically arrives first (3–5 business days). The Full Night Kit follows (8–12 business days). You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

7. Returns and refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. If your order arrives damaged, or with items missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will refund you for the affected item — no return required.

8. Dietary supplements — important notice

Sleep Stack products (Sleep Strips and Reishi Relax Gummies) are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Consult a healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Do not operate motor vehicles or machinery after use. May cause drowsiness.

9. Intellectual property

All content on axonryte.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of AXONRYTE / Tomas Panagopulos. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXONRYTE's liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available at axonryte.com/pages/terms-of-service.
