Refund Policy

Order with clear expectations. We don't do change-of-mind refunds — but if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we make it right.

Because every order ships to you directly from our fulfillment partners, we are not able to offer change-of-mind or "it didn't work for me" refunds. What we do guarantee is that your order reaches you complete and in good condition.

Damaged or missing on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing from the box, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email support@axonryte.com with your order number and one photo of the issue. Once confirmed, we'll refund you for the affected item — you don't need to send anything back.

What this covers

  • Items that arrive physically damaged in transit
  • Items missing from a delivered order
  • Orders that never arrive (tracking issue — see "Lost or stolen packages" in our Shipping Policy)

What is not refundable

  • Change of mind, or "it didn't work for me"
  • Opened supplements (Sleep Strips, Reishi Relax Gummies) — for hygiene and safety
  • Products damaged by misuse
  • The 30-Day Better Sleep Plan PDF (digital, once delivered)

Split orders

If you ordered both the Full Night Kit and Sleep Stack, each ships separately and is assessed independently. A refund on one does not require returning the other.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation. If you haven't seen it after 10 business days, check with your bank first, then email us.

Dietary supplements

Sleep Stack products are dietary supplements; individual results vary and are not guaranteed. This does not affect your right to a refund for items that arrive damaged or missing.
